What do the sizes Mean?

Cook & Love shoe sizes are in United States Sizes. If you normally wear an International size please consult the conversion list below. This is a guide to start with. Sometimes different shoe manufacturers have slightly different scales

What do the shoe widths Mean?

The width of a shoe is how narrow or wide the shoe is.
5A=AAAAA and is the most narrow shoe available.
SS=AAAA and is also called a quad A. It is also very narrow.
S=AAA and is called a slim. It is a little less narrow than the SS.
N=AA and is a narrow width. It is a little less narrow than a slim, but more narrow than a medium.
M=B and is a medium width shoe.
W=Wide and is a little more wide than a medium width shoe.
WW=Wide Wide and is the widest width we carry.

During Checkout why did I get the message that my e-mail address is already registered?

If you have already registered as a customer you need to choose returning customer to contiunue the checkout process. This message usually pops up when someone is trying to checkout as a new customer when they have already registered as a customer. If you have forgotten your password you can have it e-mailed to you from the Customer Care Link.
