Cook & Love Shoes accepts returned merchandise if it was purchased at regular price, has not been worn, is accompanied by a receipt, and is returned within 10 days of receiving the merchandise.
Cook & Love will issue credit when we receive the returned merchandise. If you paid by credit card we will credit your credit card. If you paid by check, money order, or cashier's check we will send you a check. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Cook & Love processes Internet orders Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. CST. If an order is placed on a holiday or weekend the order will be processed on the next business day, and then shipped the following business day.
